This year we are using McGraw Hill for our 2nd grade Language Arts Curriculum. Each week your child will have a story to read and vocabulary words to go along with that story. Look below to see what this weeks' story and vocabulary words will be. We also use Acclerated Reader in 2nd grade as a motivational tool. This helps the children realize that reading is important and will help to make them life long readers.
