Medication
Policy:
For the safety of your child and others it is very important
that everyone follows the guidelines below if medication is needed at
school:
- Medication must be delivered to the front office
or the the teacher by the PARENT.
- The medication must be brought to school in a
container labeled by a pharmacist or doctor or in a manufacurer's
original container and labeled with the ingredients and student's name.
- A completed Sevier County School System
Medication Form must be on file.
Homework
Folder/Reading:
A homework folder will be sent
home each night with the homework required for the next day. Math
Facts and spelling words are ongoing and will not be written as an
assignment. After your child completes their homework, please
sign the folder and return it to school daily. Please use the
folder as a communication tool. It is an excellent way to send
notes and messages.
Weekly
Progress Reports:
Your child's work
will be sent home on Mondays. You will also receive a
computer print-out of your child's most current grades. Please
review the work with your child and keep it at home. Please sign
the grade print-out and folder and return them to school. I want
you to be fully aware of how your child is doing at school at all
times. I am always willing to talk to you if you have any
questions regarding your child's progress.
