This is my 24th year of teaching.  My teaching degree is from Indiana University.  I received my Master's degree at Tusculum College, and an Educational Specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University.  I am highly qualified in every subject for grades K-8, but I love teaching in the middle school.
    My incredible husband, Daniel, is the president of a local sports car club, and has been a volunteer firefighter for many years.  We enjoy movies, eating out, traveling, and spending time with our children.  We have an adult son, Jerry, who is a truck driver in a big 18-Wheeler.  He is traveling all over the U.S. and coming home when he can.  Our daughter, Jessie, is attending King College in Bristol, TN.  We love her weekend, holiday and summer visits!  And last, but not least, is K.C., a student here at New Center.  He keeps us all busy and entertained!!
     We  live  in the country with a beautiful view of Mount  LeConte.   We are surrounded by woods, the perfect setting for all our dogs and cats.
