All About Miss Parton

         

    My name is Jamie Parton, and I teach 2nd grade at New Center School in Sevierville, Tennessee.  I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, and I have been teaching since August 2005.  I am originally from Seymour, Tennessee, which is also in Sevier Co, so you can see I am in love with this area! 
    I am not married, but my family is very important to me.  My parents still live in Seymour, and I have one brother, one sister, one sister-in-law, one nephew, and one niece who live in Knoxville.  I am also the proud mother of an adorable West Highland Terrier puppy named Charlie.
