Our class loves to read! We utilize the Accelerated Reader Program and we are currently using the McGraw-Hill Reading text book series in class. Each week students are introduced to a new list of vocabulary words that correspond with our reading selection. These words are also incorporated into our individualized student reader. Skills learned are enhanced though spelling, language, and phonics activities.
